NIZAK INHIBIN B
imam jako nizak inhibin b (7,1) 3. dana ciklusa, a usla sam u program za vantelesnu oplodnju za februar mesec. Imam 27 godina, jel to neki problem, jer me uvek pitaju da li znam da mi je Inhibin B nizak. Moze li mi neko reci nesto o tome, kakav rizik to nosi. MOlim vas....

Evo ja sam malo cackala po netu i skontala sledece:Inhibit B test se radi treceg dana ciklusa,radi provere kvaliteta i kvantiteta rezervi u jajnicima.Inhibin B je proteinski hormon koji proizvode jajnici a granica normalnog je sve preko 45pg/mL,sve ispod je abnormalno odnosno utice na plodnost.
Ne znam koliko sam ti pomogla,ali eto toliko od mene .sretno

koliko kosta otprlilike ovaj test kod privatnika?

Because Inhibin B is produced directly by ovarian follicles, the amount of Inhibin B in your blood directly correlates to the number of eggs that you have in your ovaries. Inhibin B can also predict the ability of your ovaries to produce more follicles. This suggests that the hormone can predict the success of certain ovulation-inducing drugs, like Clomid.
Inhibin B and Infertility
Inhibin B does seem to be directly related to fertility. Low levels of Inhibin B are associated with:
impaired ovulation
decreased success with IVF
lower pregnancy rates
increased risk of miscarriage
Who Can Benefit from the Day 3 Inhibin B Test?
Unfortunately, the Day 3 Inhibin B is not widely available. It is difficult to perform and therefore is not found in all fertility clinics. However, a number of women can benefit from the Day 3 Inhibin Test, including:
women who have shown a poor response to fertility drugs

Kakav ti je fsh i koliko kila imas? Ako imas visak kilograma to hoce da smanji inhibin.
Za inhibin kazu da moze ranije predvideti smanjnje ovarijalne rezerve od fsh, ali nemoj da se sekiras previse- proletos je jedna nasa devojka ostala trudna a imala je isto tako nizak inhibin B (jendom 17, a drugi put 6).
